AS Hamatec uses every year considerable amount of resources on testing and developing our slings.
AS Hamatec has its own DNV GL-calibrated test bench with a capacity of 50 ton. When testing higher capacity slings, we are using calibrated test benches at our good partners.
We have developed a special testing device to gain experience from how our slings preform when the contact diameter is reduced. This enable us to test our slings with contact diameter lower then indicated on the NS_EN 1492-x.
